BOTTOM LAYER
1/3 cupGraham cracker crumbs
3 tbspSugar
2 tspMolly McButter
FILLING
3 ozPkg. vanilla pudding & pie
-filling mix
1 1/2 cupEvaporated skim milk
1/2 cupSkim milk
1/3 cupSugar
1 tspMolly McButter
1/2 tspVanilla extract
1/3 cupFat-free sour cream
3 largeBananas, sliced
TOPPING
1/4 cupGraham cracker crumbs
2 tbspSugar
Procedures:
1In small bowl, combine ingredients for bottom layer, mix and sprinkle evenly over bottom of 9" pie plate sprayed with nonstick cooking spray.
2Set aside.
3In medium saucepan, combine pudding mix, evaporated milk, skim milk, sugar and molly mcbutter.
4Stir over medium heat until pudding comes to a boil.
5Remove from heat and add vanilla and sour cream.
6Mix with electric mixer until smooth and creamy.
7Add sliced bananas and spoon mixture into pie plate.
8Combine ingredients for topping and sprinkle over top.
9Chill to set.
