Ingredients:
2 cupAsparagus, fresh, 2" lengths
1 canCream of mushroom soup
4 ozMushrooms, sliced
2 cupCheddar cheese, grated
1 canFrench fried onion ring, 3oz
Procedures:
1Butter a casserole dish.
2Put a layer of asparagus on bottom then add soup.
3Next add mushrooms and half the cheese.
4Add second layer of asparagus and end with a layer of cheese.
5Bake at 350 °F for 30 minutes or until bubbly.
6Sprinkle onion rings on top and return to oven for 5 minutes more
