Ingredients:

| cup | Quaker Oat Bran hot cereal | | | -uncooked | | 1
| tsp | Baking powder | | 1
| cup | Skim milk | | 3
| | Egg whites, slightly beaten | | 1
| tbsp | Margarine | | 1
| cup | Ricotta cheese, part skim | | 1
| small | Apple, finely chopped | | 2/3
| cup | Raisins | | 1
| tbsp | Sugar, confectioners | | 1/2
| tsp | Vanilla | | 2/3
| cup | Lite pancake syrup | | 1/4
| tsp | Cinnamon |

Procedures:
| 1 | Combine oat bran and baking powder; add to combined milk, egg whites and margarine, mixing well. | | 2 | Heat a 6 to 7 inch crepe pan or skillet over medium heat; lightly coat with non-stick spray or lightly oil before making each crepe. | | 3 | Pour about ?cup batter onto hot prepared pan; immediately tilt pan to coat bottom evenly. | | 4 | Cook 1 to 1 ?minutes or until top looks dry. | | 5 | Turn; cook an additional minute. | | 6 | Stack between sheets of wax paper. | | 7 | Combine ricotta, apple, raisins, sugar and vanilla; mix well. | | 8 | Spoon about 2 tblsp. | | 9 | Along less evenly browned side of each crepe. | | 10 | Fold or roll up sides to cover filling. | | 11 | Combine syrup and cinnamon; heat over medium heat about 2 minutes, stirring occasionally, or until heated through. | | 12 | Just before serving, pour 2 tblsp. | | 13 | Over each crepe. | | 14 | Makes 5 servings--10 crepes. | | 15 | (about 300 calories per 2 crepes |
