3 smallApples, cored & sliced
1/2 cupApplesauce
1/2 tspLemon rind
1 1/2 tspLemon juice
1 tspSugar
1/4 tspCinnamon
TOPPING
1 ozQuick oats
2 tbspWhole wheat flour
2 tbspBrown sugar
1/4 tspCinnamon
1 tbsp& 1 tsp. diet margarine
Procedures:
1: mix the base mix in an 8" baking dish.
2Combine the topping mix and crumble over the apples.
3Bake 350, 35-40 minutes.
