Ingredients:
2 lbsGround chuck
1 Stick oleo or margarine
1/2 cupFlour
2 Carrots, diced
1 medTo large onion, diced
2 Celery stalks, diced
2 medPotatoes, diced
1 packFrozen mixed vegetables
1 canTomatoes (15-20 oz.)
4 Beef bouillon cubes
Salt, pepper and garlic
-salt or garlic to taste
Procedures:
1In dutch oven size pan melt margarine.
2Add flour and stir until smooth.
3Add 2 cups water, stir until smooth.
4Add 3 cups more water, carrots, celery,potatoes, mixed vegetables, tomatoes, bouillon cubes, salt, pepper and garlic.
5In separate pan brown meat and cook onion.
6Drain.
7Add to dutch oven.
8Simmer 1 ?hours.
9Freezes well
