Majonezes burgonya (potatoes with mayonnaise)

Ingredients:
2 lbsPotatoes
1 Onion, large
2 tspSugar
1 tspSalt
1 tbspWhite vinegar
2 cupWater
1 lbsSour cream
3 tbspMayonnaise
1 tspMustard
1 tbspLemon juice, fresh!
1 tbspSugar
1/2 tspSalt
Procedures:
1Cook potatoes in their skin.
2Do not over cook! peel them after cooking, slice them.
3Make marinade with salt, sugar, vinegar, onion and as much water as needed to cover the sliced potatoes.
4Let it stand over night in the marinade.
5(if you want to eat the onions in your salad chop them, if you don"t like to eat them, slice them, so you can discard them before you make the dressing).
6Strain the marinade from the potatoes make the dressing with these ingredients: sour cream, mayonnaise, sugar, lemon juice, salt, mustard.
7Pour over the marinated strained potatoes.
8Let it stand for a few hours before serving
