Ingredients:
| 2
| lbs | Round steak or lamb | | 3/4
| cup | Fine bulgar | | 1/2
| tsp | Cumin | | 1
| tsp | Salt | | 1
| | Olive oil |

Procedures:
| 1 | Put bulgar in a bowl and cover with warm water. | | 2 | The water should cover the bulgar and be about 1 inch above the bulgar. | | 3 | Let soak until water is absorbed and bulgar is soft.(about ?hour) remove all fat and membranes from meat(i prefer beef) and grind twice. | | 4 | Combine meat, bulgar, cumin, and salt. | | 5 | Mix by hand until throughly mixed. | | 6 | Pat kibbee onto a platter or plate. | | 7 | Make a hole in middle of kibbee and fill with olive oil. | | 8 | Serve with pita bread. | | 9 | Serve immediately |
