Ingredients:
2 lbsRound steak or lamb
3/4 cupFine bulgar
1/2 tspCumin
1 tspSalt
1 Olive oil
Procedures:
1Put bulgar in a bowl and cover with warm water.
2The water should cover the bulgar and be about 1 inch above the bulgar.
3Let soak until water is absorbed and bulgar is soft.(about ?hour) remove all fat and membranes from meat(i prefer beef) and grind twice.
4Combine meat, bulgar, cumin, and salt.
5Mix by hand until throughly mixed.
6Pat kibbee onto a platter or plate.
7Make a hole in middle of kibbee and fill with olive oil.
8Serve with pita bread.
9Serve immediately
