Ingredients:

| lbs | Beef round steak, cubed | | 10 1/2
| oz | Condensed onion soup | | 1
| tsp | Salt | | 1
| cup | Pitted whole prunes | | 1/4
| tsp | Pepper | | 18
| oz | Vacuum-packed sweet potatoes | | 2
| tbsp | Packed brown sugar | | 1
| tbsp | Lemon juice | | 1
| | Envelope brown gravy mix |

Procedures:
| 1 | Place beef cubes in 2-quart glass casserole. | | 2 | Stir in seasonings, brown sugar, lemon juice and soup; cover with glass lid. | | 3 | Microwave for 10 minutes on high. | | 4 | Stir in prunes. | | 5 | Top with potatoes. | | 6 | Recover and continue cooking for 35 to 40 minutes, on simmer, or until meat is fork tender. | | 7 | Let stand, covered, 5 minutes before serving. | | 8 | Remove meat mixture to serving platter. | | 9 | Add gravy mix to cooking dish; stir well; recover. | | 10 | Microwave for 2 to 4 minutes, on high, or until thickened and hot (about 175 °F) pour gravy over meat and vegetables and serve. | | 11 | 4 to 6 servings |
