Ingredients:
2 lbsLamb shoulder
2 ozButter
1 ozAll-purpose flour
1 tspMarjoram
8 ozCanned tomatoes
1 largeOnion
2 tbspOil
1/4 pintBeef stock
Salt and pepper
Procedures:
1Recipe by: crockpot cooking from barbara blitz cut the lamb into 1 inch cubes and chop the onions.
2Cook in the butter and oil until the onions are soft and golden and the lamb is lightly browned.
3Stir in the flour and cook for 2 minutes.
4Add seasoning, marjoram, stock and tomatoes with their juice.
5Bring to the boil, stirring well.
6Pour into crockpot, cover and cook on high for 30 minutes, then on low for 6-7 hours
