| | Medium lamb chops, trimmed | | 1
| can | Sliced peaches or apricots | | | - Del Monte Lite (16oz can) | | 2
| tsp | Instant coffee crystals | | 2
| tbsp | Chopped parsley | | | Dash pepper |

Procedures:
| 1 | In a large skillet brown meat; remove and keep warm. | | 2 | Drain fruit, reserving liquid in skillet. | | 3 | Add coffee crystals. | | 4 | Cook over high heat 5 minutes to reduce and thicken liquid. | | 5 | Return meat to skillet; simmer 8 to 10 minutes, turning frequently. | | 6 | Add fruit, parsley and pepper. | | 7 | Cover, heat through, about 5 minutes, and serve |
