Herb-crusted lamb steak

Ingredients:
2 Lamb steaks(6oz ea), fat
-removed
2 clGarlic, crushed
1/4 cupPlain bread crumbs
1 tbspFresh sage, chopped
2 tbspDijon mustard
Salt and freshly ground
-pepper
Procedures:
1Preheat broiler.
2Line baking tray with foil.
3Place lamb on tray and broil 5 inched from heat for 5 minutes.
4Meanwhile mix garlic, bread crumbs and sage.
5Blend in mustard and add salt and pepper to taste.
6Turn steak over and broil 3 minutes more.
7Remove from broiler and spoon bread crumb mixture over each steak.
8Return to broiler for 2 minutes.
