Ingredients:
10 lbsLeg of lamb
2 1/2 cupPlain yogurt
1 tbspSalt
1 tbspTumeric
2 tbspPaprika
1/4 cupCumin
1/2 tspCloves
1/2 tspNutmeg
5 tbspVeg oil
Procedures:
1Bone the lamb and cut into 1" cubes.
2Combine all ingredients in a large bowl, mix, cover and refrigerate overnight.
3Skewer cubes and grill over charcoal about 7 min. per side
