| cup | Cornflakes crumbs | | 9
| oz | Jar sweet and sour sauce | | 1/4
| tsp | Salt | | 8 1/2
| oz | Can pineapple chunks in | | | -syrup, drained | | 1/4
| tsp | Paprika | | 1/8
| tsp | Pepper | | 1/4
| med | Green pepper, cut into ? | | | -strips |

Procedures:
| 1 | Mix baking mix, crumbs, salt, paprika and pepper in plastic bag. | | 2 | Moisten chicken with cold water. | | 3 | Shake chicken in bag, one piece at a time, to coat. | | 4 | Arrange chicken, skin sides up and thickest parts to outside edges, in square microwaving dish, 8 x 8 x 2". | | 5 | Cover with waxed paper and microwave on high (100%) 8 minutes; rotate dish ?turn. | | 6 | Microwave until done, 6 to 8 minutes. | | 7 | Place remaining ingredients in 4 cup microwaving measure. | | 8 | Cover with waxed paper and microwave on high (100%) 3 minutes; stir. | | 9 | Cover with waxed paper and microwave until green pepper is crisp-tender, 2 or 3 minutes. | | 10 | Serve over chicken |
