Ingredients:

| oz | Abalone (canned) | | 2 1/2
| tbsp | Sake | | 2 1/2
| tsp | Soya Sauce | | 1/4
| pint | Water | | 1
| oz | Sugar |

Procedures:
| 1 | Empty the can of abalone into a small saucepan and add water. | | 2 | Bring to boil, reduce heat and simmer uncovered for 10 minutes. | | 3 | Add sake and sugar and cook for another 5 minutes, stir in soya sauce and continnue to cook for 2-3 more minutes. | | 4 | Cool to room temperature, cut the abalone into ? thick slices and serve |
