Ingredients:
1/2 cupButter or margarine
1/2 cupFinely chopped onion
1/2 cupFinely chopped celery
4 ozCan mushroom stems & pieces
-drained
1 tspDried rubbed sage
1 cupChicken broth
8 ozPk seasoned bread stuffing
Butter or margarine
Procedures:
1In a medium-sized, heat-resistant, non-metallic bowl melt the ?cup butter in microwave oven 1 minute.
2Add onion, celery and mushrooms and heat, uncovered, in microwave oven 5 minutes or until vegetables are tender.
3Sprinkle sage over vegetable mixture.
4Add chicken broth and stir to combine.
5Heat, uncovered, in microwave oven 3 minutes.

7Add bread stuffing and toss lightly.
8Lightly grease 8 small, heat-resistant, non-metallic custard or coffee cups with butter.
9Divide stuffing among cups.
10Just before serving, heat, uncovered, in microwave oven 8 minutes or until heated through
