Ingredients:

| tbsp | Olive oil | | 1/2
| cup | Onion, finely diced | | 1
| | Clove garlic, minced | | 1
| can | Black beans, drained (15oz) | | | Salt and pepper to taste | | 4
| | Flour tortillas | | 1/2
| cup | Jack cheese, shredded>>>>> | | | Jalapeno flavored. | | 1
| | Recipe: Tomatillo guacamole |

Procedures:
| 1 | Heat oil in large skillet. | | 2 | Add onion and garlic and saute until onion is tender, about 5 minutes. | | 3 | Add beans. | | 4 | Season to taste with salt and pepper. | | 5 | Cook and stir mixture over low heat, while mashing. | | 6 | When hot and pulpy, remove beans from heat. | | 7 | Spread ?of mixture on each of 4 tortillas. | | 8 | Top each with 2 tbs. | | 9 | Shredded cheese. | | 10 | Arrange tortillas on baking sheet. | | 11 | Bake at 350°F. | | 12 | Until cheese melts, about 5 minutes. | | 13 | To serve, top each tortilla with ?of tomatillo guacamole and roll up tortillas and serve |
