Ingredients:

2 quartWater
2 cupOnion, chopped
1/2 cupCelery, chopped
1/2 cupCarrots, chopped
1 tspSalt
GARNISHES
Cucumber, chopped
Egg, hard-boiled sliced
Onion, minced
Bell pepper, green, diced
Lemon, slices
Pepper, red, diced
Tomato pulp
Croutons
Bacon, crumbled
Procedures:
