Ingredients:
8 Corn tortillas
16 oz(1 cn)Corn black beans
-rinsed and drained
7 oz(1 cn) pink salmon, w bones
-drained
2 tbspSafflower oil
1/4 cupFresh lime juice
1/4 cupFresh parsley, chopped
1/2 tspOnion powder
1/2 tspCelery salt
3/4 tspGround cumin
3/4 tspGarlic, minced
1/2 tspLime zest, grated
1/4 tspRed pepper flakes, dried
1/4 tspChili pepper
Procedures:
1Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
2Cut tortillas in triangles and toast oven until crisp, about 5 minutes.
3Combine the beans and salmon, flaking the salmon with a fork.
4Mix remaining ingredients; chill to blend flavors.
5Serve with tortilla chips.
