Ingredients:
Basic Red Sauce
Southwest Guacamole
1/2 cupVegetable Oil
10 Corn Tortillas, *
1 lbsGround Beef
2 Anaheim Chiles, **
1/2 cupOnion, Chopped, 1 Medium
15 ozPinto Beans, Drained, 1 cn
8 ozCheddar Cheese, Shredded, 2C

Procedures:

7Arrange tortilla strips in bottom of greased rectangular baking dish 13 x 9 x 2-inches.
8Top with beef mixture, basic red sauce, beans, and cheese.
9Bake until hot and bubbly, 25 to 30 minutes.
10Serve with southwest guacamole and sour cream
