Ingredients:
1/2 cupOnion, Chopped, 1 Medium
2 tbspMargarine Or Butter
12 ozBeer, Any Brand
1/2 cupCarrot, Finely Chopped
1/2 cupCelery, Finely Chopped
2 cupChicken Broth
1 tspSalt
1 tspCumin, Ground
1/4 tspNutmeg, Ground
1 dashCloves, Ground
1 dashPepper
1 cupDairy Sour Cream
GARNISH
1 cupCheese *
Procedures:
1* use cheddar or monterrey jack cut into ?inch cubes.
