Ingredients:
8 ozCream cheese, softened
8 ozSharp cheddar cheese
- (2 cups), shredded
- room temperature
1/2 cupChopped stuffed grn. olives
2 tbspMinced parsley
1 tbspMinced green onion
1/4 tspHot pepper sauce
1/2 cupRoasted Oregon hazelnuts
--(finely chopped)
Procedures:
1In a large bowl, cream together the cream and sharp cheeses.
2Stir in olives, parsley, green onion and hot pepper sauce until well mixed.
3Shape into a ball and roll in the chopped hazelnuts.
4Cover and chill 1 to 24 hours.
5Serve with crackers.
