Ingredients:
13 ozSweet condensed milk
2 tbspMaple syrup
1/3 cupLemon juice
2 tbspUnflavored gelatin
1/4 cupHot water
1 cupWater
8 ozSour cream
1 ea Basket blueberries
1 ea Graham cracker crust, baked
Procedures:
1Beat together condensed milk, maple syrup and lemon juice.
2In a separate bowl, dissolve the gelatin in hot water.
3When dissolved, add the rest of the water.
4Pour into milk mixture.
5Beat in sour cream.
6Crush one third of the berries and beat into mixture.
7Carefully fold in remaining berries and pour into a baked 9-inch graham cracker crust.
8Chill two hours before serving.
