Procedures:
| 1 | Preheat oven to 350 deg f. | | 2 | Sift together flour, baking soda, cinnamon and salt. | | 3 | Set aside. | | 4 | Combine sugar, eggs, oil, sour cream and vanilla; beat well. | | 5 | Blend into flour mixture. | | 6 | Fold in apples and nuts. | | 7 | Pour into two greased and floured loaf pans. | | 8 | Bake 1 hour or until loaves test done |
