Sweet potato biscuits

Ingredients:
1 cupFlour, all-purpose
3 tbspBaking powder
1 tbspSalt
2 tbspShortening
1 cupSweet potatoes, mashed
1/2 cupMilk
Procedures:
1Preheat oven to 400°F.
2Sift flour, baking powder, and salt into mixing bowl.
3Cut in shortening.
4Add potatoes and mix thoroughly, then add enough milk to make a soft dough.
5Turn out onto a lightly floured board and roll out to about ? in thickness.
6Cut into squares.
7Place squares not touching on ungreased baking sheet bake in preheated oven for 12-15 mimutes.
8Serve warm, split, and spread with room-temperature butter
