Cinnamon coffee yeast cake

Ingredients:
1 cupMILK (HOT)
1 packYEAST
1/2 cupBUTTER
1/4 cupSUGAR
1 tspSALT
1 xEGG
3 1/2 cupFLOUR
1/3 cupBUTTER MELTED
1/2 cupSUGAR
1 1/2 tspCINNAMON
Procedures:
1Cool the milk to lukewarm.
2Add yeast; mix well and let stand.
3Mix butter, sugar and salt together.
4Add to yeast mixture.
5Stir in enough flour to make a soft dough.
6Knead until smooth and elastic on a lightly floured board.
7Place in a greased bowl, cover and let rise till doubled.
8Turn out onto floured board and knead for 30 seconds.
9Roll dough out to 1.4 " thickness and cut with a 2" biscuit cutter.
10Dip rounds into melted butter then into remaining sugar - cinnamon mix.
11Place into a well buttered ring mold.
12Bake at 350 deg f for 25 minutes or until golden brown
