Cinnamon-raisin breakfast biscuits

Ingredients:
8 ozFirm silken tofu
1/4 cupApple juice
1 cupWholewheat flour
1 cupAll-purpose flour
2 tspBaking powder
1/2 tspBaking soda
1 tspCinnamon
1/4 tspSalt, optional
1/2 cupWalnuts, chopped
1/2 cupRaisins
1/4 cupMaple syrup, optional
Procedures:
1Preheat oven to 450°F.
2Oil baking sheets.
3Blend tofu until smooth.
4Blend in apple juice & 3 tb maple syrup.
5Transfer to a mixing bowl & set aside.
6Sift together the next 6 ingredients.
7Fold into the tofu mixture.
8Gently stir in the walnuts & raisins.
9Turn dough onto a lightly floured board & form into a ball.
10Roll out dough to a ? thickness.
11Cut with a cookie cutter.
12Using a pastry brush, glaze with the remaining syrup if you wish.
13Bake for 12 minutes.
14Serve immediately
