EGG BEATERS

WATER

VEGETABLE OIL

CINNAMON
Procedures:

Sift flour, powdered milk, 2 tbsp sugar, baking powder, and salt into a bowl.

Beat egg beaters with water and oil.

Add all at once to flour mixture.

Stir with a spoon until just moistened.

Batter will be lumpy.

Spoon batter into greased muffin cups.

Mix remaining sugar and cinnamon and srinkle over the top of each muffin.

Bake at 375 deg f for 20 to 25 minutes or until middle srings back when gently pressed with finger
