| 1 | For the dough, heat milk, margarine, honey, and salt in microwave for about two minutes. |
| 2 | Set aside to cool. |
| 3 | Beat two eggs in a large bowl. |
| 4 | Add lukewarm milk to eggs. |
| 5 | Mix yeast with 3 cups flour. |
| 6 | Stir into milk mixture. |
| 7 | Gradually add flour to make a soft dough. |
| 8 | Grease a large bowl and place dough in bowl turning to coat well. |
| 9 | Place bowl in warm place and let dough rise until doubled in size. |
| 10 | Divide dough into three equal parts and place on greased cookie sheet. |
| 11 | Cover and let rise for 20 minutes. |
| 12 | Roll or stretch each piece into a rectangle. |
| 13 | Brush each rectangle with 2 tbsp. milk, then sprinkle with mix of cinnamon and sugar. |
| 14 | Roll up dough snugly, jelly roll style. |
| 15 | Coil each roll into an "s" shape in a greased bread pan. |
| 16 | Cover and let rise for about 1 hour. |
| 17 | Bake at 350 deg f for 35 minutes. |
| 18 | Remove from pan a soon as baking is complete. |
| 19 | Cool on wire rack. |
| 20 | This dough makes excellant dinner rolls if done without the filling. |
| 21 | It also makes a good tea ring |
