Cinnamon bread or rolls

Ingredients:
BREAD OR ROLLS
2 cupWhole milk
1/2 cupButter
1/3 cupHoney
1 tspSalt
3 Eggs
2 packYeast
6 cupFlour
FILLING
3 cupSugar
6 tbspCinnamon
6 tbspMilk
Procedures:
1For the dough, heat milk, margarine, honey, and salt in microwave for about two minutes.
2Set aside to cool.
3Beat two eggs in a large bowl.
4Add lukewarm milk to eggs.
5Mix yeast with 3 cups flour.
6Stir into milk mixture.
7Gradually add flour to make a soft dough.
8Grease a large bowl and place dough in bowl turning to coat well.
9Place bowl in warm place and let dough rise until doubled in size.
10Divide dough into three equal parts and place on greased cookie sheet.
11Cover and let rise for 20 minutes.
12Roll or stretch each piece into a rectangle.
13Brush each rectangle with 2 tbsp. milk, then sprinkle with mix of cinnamon and sugar.
14Roll up dough snugly, jelly roll style.
15Coil each roll into an "s" shape in a greased bread pan.
16Cover and let rise for about 1 hour.
17Bake at 350 deg f for 35 minutes.
18Remove from pan a soon as baking is complete.
19Cool on wire rack.
20This dough makes excellant dinner rolls if done without the filling.
21It also makes a good tea ring
