Ingredients:
3 largeEgg whites
2 largeEggs
1 cupAll-purpose flour
1 cupNonfat milk
2 tbspGranulated sugar
2 tspVanilla
1/2 tspSalt
1 tbspButter or margarine
3 1/2 cupRaspberries, strawberries
-blueberries, or a combo
1/4 tspCinnamon
Procedures:
1Blend together the egg whites, eggs, flour, milk, sugar, vanilla, and salt until smooth.
2Melt butter in a 10- to 12-inch nonstick ovenproof frying pan in a 425 degree oven.
3Tilt the pan to coat it evenly.
4Pour the batter into the pan and bake until puffy and well-browned (about 25 minutes).
5In a bowl, combine the berries and cinnamon.
6Spoon the misture onto the dutch baby and sprinkle with powdered sugar.
