Banana & lemon pancakes

Ingredients:
2 tbspSugar
1 tspCinnamon
1 eachGrating of nutmeg
1 pinchSalt
1 1/2 tbspLemon juice
1 lbsRipe bananas
Oil, as required
1 eachCrepe recipe, see above
2 tbspMargarine, melted
Icing sugar, as requiring
Lemon wedges for garnish
Procedures:
1Mix the sugar, nutmeg, salt & lemon juice in a small bowl.
2Slice the bananas & mix them gently in the lemon-spice mixture.
3Heat a skillet & add a little vegetable oil.
4Fry each crepe on both sides.
5Spread each cooked crepe with the melted margarine & some of the banana mixture.
6Keep everything warm until ready to serve.
7Sprinkle the crepes with icing sugar & garnish with lemon wedges
