Ingredients:
1 cupDried apricots
Water
1/4 cupVinegar
2 tbspCurry powder
2 cupOnions, chopped and cooked
-clear in ?cup butter
Salt to taste
Procedures:
1Stew a cup of dried apricots until soft, and put through a food mill.
2Add water to make 1 ?cups, then add vinegar, curry powder and onion.
3Salt to taste.
4If not hot enough, add a dash of tabasco or cayenne.
5Marinate 1 to 1 ?inch cubes of pork or lamb or mutton in this for 12 hours, then broil.
6Use marinade for basting and sauce
