Soybean-lentil-rice loaf

Ingredients:
1 cupCooked AM Soybeans
1 cupCooked AM Lentils
1 cupCooked AM Medium Brown Rice
3/4 cupSoy milk, water, or stock
-OR- gravy
1 medOnion, finely chopped
2 Garlic clove
-- finely chopped
2 Egg whites, beaten
1/4 cupTomato puree
2 Celery stalks, chopped
2 tspSea salt (optional)
1 cupAM Wheat Germ
1/2 tspOnion powder
1/2 tspChili powder
Procedures:
1In a large mixing bowl, mash soybeans and lentils well.
2Add the rest of the ingredients and mix well.
3Turn into an oiled loaf pan.
4Bake in preheated oven for 1 hour.
5Serve as is, or top with tomato puree.
