Ingredients:
1 1/2 cupTurnip, grated
1 1/2 cupPotato, grated
3/4 cupMilk
1/2 cupLow fat yogurt
1/2 cupWhole grain bread crumbs
1/4 cupSunflower, olive, or
Safflower oil
2 medOnions, chopped
1 tbspDried parsely
1/2 tbspGround black pepper
Procedures:
11) thoroughly mix all the ingredients, except the bread crumbs, in a large bowl.
22) pour the mixture into a lightly greased shallow casserole (23 cm or 9 inches).
3Then scatter the bread crumbs over the top.
43) bake for 40 minutes at 375f (190c).
5Serve immediately.
