Ingredients:
1 ozDried cepes
2 tspOnion powder
1 tspSalt
1/2 tspSugar
4 tbspButter, melted
2 tbspSoy sauce
Creme fraiche (opt)
Procedures:
1Combine the cepes and 4 cups of water in a 2-quart saucepan and bring to a boil.
2Let simmer for 20 minutes.
3Let cool for 5 minutes, then strain liquid.
4Puree mushrooms and liquid in a blender.
5Returnt he puree to the saucepan and add teh onion powder, salt, sugar, butter and soy sauce.
6Stir and simmer for 5 minutes.
7Ladle into soup bowls and spread a dab of creme fraiche over the top of each serving if desired.
