Ingredients:
10 ozVegetables, mixed, frozen
1 Egg white
Pn Salt and pepper
1/2 cupMushrooms, fresh, chopped
1/2 cupBread crumbs
1 medOnion, sliced
Procedures:
1Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
2Steam vegetables until just tender.
3Set aside to cool.
4Fine chop steamed vegetables and mix with egg white, salt, pepper, mushrooms and bread crumbs.
5Form mixture into patties.
6Place patties, topped with onion slices, on a lightly oiled baking sheet and bake, turning once, until brown and crispy on both sides, about 45 minutes.
