Pizza pinwheels

Ingredients:
1 tbspOlive oil
1 lbsFrozen bread dough, thawed
2 cupMarinara sauce
1 medOnion, peeled and thinly
-sliced
3 medBell peppers, cored and
-thinly sliced (green, red
-yellow)
1 lbsPart-skim milk mozzarella
-cheese, shredded
1/2 cupParmesan cheese, shredded
Procedures:
1Prehaet oven to 400 °F.
2Lightly coat a baking sheet with olive oil.
3Divide the dough into 4 balls.
4On a lightly floured surface, roll each dough ball into a 6-inch circle.
5Spoon ?cup of marinara sauce into each circle and spread it to the edges.
6Heat olive oil in a saute pan over medium high heat.
7Cook the onion and pepper sliced until soft, about 5 minutes.
8Set aside to cool.
9Layer the cooled vegetables over the dough circles and top with mozarella and parmesan.
10Roll each dough circle into a log shape.
11Using a serated knife, cut each log into 6 slices.
12Place the slices on the prepared baking sheet and brush them with olive oil.
13Bake for 12 to 15 minutes.
