Ingredients:
250 eachHoney
1 eachFlat teaspoon bi-carbonate
-soda
100 eachUnsalted butter
500 eachBrown lour
100 eachSugar
Cinnamon
2 eachEggs
Almonds for decoration
2 eachEgg yolks
L Sour cream
Procedures:
1Warm honey.
2Add sugar, butter, eggs and gradually the flour.
3Work with a wooden spoon until very smooth and bubbles appear on the surface.
4Leave to stand overnight.
5Make balls or roll out to 1cm thickness and cut into small rounds.
6Brush with egg yolk and sour cream mix.
7Top with almonds.
8Bake for 6 minutes at 420, then lower temperature of oven to 350 and bake for a further 8 minutes.
9Do not brown.
10Will be hard for 3 to 4 days.
11Keeps well.
