Ingredients:
12 largeSteamed cabbage leaves
1 cupAM Blue Cornmeal
1/2 cupChopped green onions
1/2 cupWhole corn
1/4 tspPowdered garlic
1/4 tspThyme
1/4 tspOregano
1 cupUnseasoned tomato sauce
2 cupWater
1 cupGrated cheese
Procedures:
1While steaming cabbage leaves, mix remaining ingredients except cheese in a sauce pan and stir with a wire whisk over medium heat until mixture is very thick.
2Be cautious to keep mixture stirred thoroughly.
3Roll 1 tablespoon mixture in each cabbage leaf.
4Place in baking dish and cover with cheese.
5Bake for 10 minutes at 300°F.
