Ingredients:
12 Taco shells, fully cooked
1 lbsGround beef
1/4 cupOnion, chopped
8 ozTomato sauce
2 tspChili powder
1 cupTomato, chopped
1 cupLettuce, shredded
2 ozNatural sharp Cheddar cheese

Taco sauce, as desired
Procedures:
1Heat taco shells as directed on package.
2Brown ground beef and onion in a frypan.
3Drain off excess fat.
4Stir in tomato sauce and chili powder.
5Bring to a boil.
6Reduce heat.
7Cook 10 to 15 minutes uncovered, stirring occasionally, until mixture is dry and crumbly.
8Fill heated taco shells with approximately 2 tablespoons meat mixture.
9Mix tomato, lettuce, and cheese.
10Spoon about 2 tablespoons over beef in taco shells.
11Drizzle with taco sauce, as desired.
