Ingredients:

| pack | Lemon jello | | 1
| cup | Cottage cheese | | 1
| cup | Hot water | | 2
| cup | Crushed pineapple | | | -drained | | 1
| cup | Sour cream |

Procedures:
| 1 | Dissolve jello in hot water. | | 2 | Chill until syrupy. | | 3 | Beat in sour cream with a rotary beater until smooth. | | 4 | Fold in cottage cheese and 1 cup of the pineapple. | | 5 | Pour into a 1-qt mold. | | 6 | Chill. | | 7 | When firm, unmold on salad greens. | | 8 | Garnish with rings of orange slices or the remaining crushed pineapple |
