Ingredients:
8 cupChicken broth, strong
8 medTomatoes, peeled
1/2 tspSalt
Procedures:
1Combine the broth and peeled whole tomatoes (they should be very ripe).
2Add salt.
3Simmer gently for 1 hour.
4Remove the tomato pulp and strain the broth.
5The soup should remain clear.
6Adjust salt if necessary.
7Serve in cups.
