| tsp | Grated fresh ginger |

Procedures:
| 1 | Combine all ingredients in a small saucepan and bring to a boil. | | 2 | Cook until reduced by a quarter. | | 3 | Cool. | | 4 | Store in the refrigerator. | | 5 | Makes about 1 ?cups. | | 6 | To use: dip thinly sliced meat, chicken cubes, shrimp or fish filets in the glaze, then grill. | | 7 | May also be brushed on food as it cooks |
