Feathery fudge cake with hungarian frosting

Ingredients:
3 1/2 cupCake flour, sifted
1 1/4 tspBaking soda
1/2 tspSalt
2/3 cupButter or margarine
-softened
1 3/4 cupSugar
2 eachEggs, unbeaten
2 1/2 each1-oz squares unsweetened
-chocolate, melted and
-cooled
1 1/4 cupIce water
1 tspVanilla
HUNGARIAN FROSTING:
3 ozUnsweetened chocolate
-melted
1 1/2 cupConfectioners' sugar, sifted
2 1/2 tbspHot water
1 Egg
4 tbspButter or margarine
Procedures:
1Sift together flour, soda and salt.
2Cream butter or margarine in large bowl of electric mixer.
3Gradually add sugar; beat until light and fluffy.
4Add eggs, one at a time, beating well after each addition.
5Blend in melted chocolate.
6Add sifted dry ingredients alternately with ice water.
7Add vanilla.
8Pour batter into two 9 inch layer cake pans that have been greased and floured.
9Bake in a 350 °F.
10Oven for 30 to 35 minutes.
11Frost with hungarian frosting (below).
12Hungarian frosting: combine chocolate, sugar and water in small bowl of electric mixer; blend well.
13Add egg and beat well.
14Add butter or margarine, 1 tablespoon at a time, beating until smooth.
15This cake and frosting will freeze.
