| large | Mushrooms, sliced | | | Salt | | | Pepper |

Procedures:
| 1 | Cook rice according to package directions. | | 2 | Set aside. | | 3 | Heat griddle to 350 drgrees and pour on oil to coat surface. | | 4 | Sear steak on both sides. | | 5 | Cut steak into strips. | | 6 | Return to griddle along with mushroom slices. | | 7 | Turn meat pieces until done to preference. | | 8 | Season with salt and pepper to taste. | | 9 | Serve with boiled rice and magic mustard sauce |
