Ingredients:
1/4 cupUncooked rice
1 6 oz sirloin steak, boneless
1 tbspPeanut oil
2 largeMushrooms, sliced
Salt
Pepper
Procedures:
1Cook rice according to package directions.
2Set aside.
3Heat griddle to 350 drgrees and pour on oil to coat surface.
4Sear steak on both sides.
5Cut steak into strips.
6Return to griddle along with mushroom slices.
7Turn meat pieces until done to preference.
8Season with salt and pepper to taste.
9Serve with boiled rice and magic mustard sauce
