| tbsp | Oriental sesame oil | | 2
| tbsp | Red wine vinegar | | 2
| tbsp | Plus 2 ts soy sauce | | 2
| tbsp | Plus 2 ts granulated sugar | | 2
| tbsp | Plus 2 ts Vietnamese chili | | | -paste, or to taste |

Procedures:
| 1 | Cook soba noodles according to package directions. | | 2 | Rinse with cold water and drain completely. | | 3 | Toss noodles in a large bowl with bell pepper, celery and green onions. | | 4 | To prepare the dressing: combine vegetable oil, sesame oil, vinegar, soy sauce, sugar and chili paste. | | 5 | Pour over noodle mixture and toss until evenly coated. | | 6 | Chill until ready to serve |
