Beef stroganoff

Ingredients:
2 tbspFlour
Salt
Pepper
2 lbsTop sirloin, cut into thin
-strips 1" wide
Butter
1 medOnion, chopped
1/4 lbsSmall button mushrooms
1 canTomato sauce (8 oz)
1 Bay leaf
1 cupSour cream
Procedures:
1Combine flour and salt and pepper to taste.
2Add beef strips and toss to coat evenly.
3Melt 2 tablespoons butter in large skillet over medium heat.
4Add onion and cook until just beginning to become tender.
5Add mushrooms and cook briefly.
6Remove from pan.
7Add additional 2-3 tablespoons butter as necessary to saute meat.
8Add floured beef and cook until lightly browned.
9Combine beef and onion-mushroom mixture in casserole.
10Stir in tomato sauce and tuck in bay leaf.
11Cover and bake at 350°F.
12About 1 hour, or until meat is tender.
13Just before serving, stir in sour cream
