Ingredients:

1 clGarlic
1 sliceGinger root (1 in), peeled
2 tbspSesame seeds, toasted
2 bn Cilantro, stems removed
1 tbspSoy sauce
1 tbspMirin
1 Lime, juiced
1/4 tspTabasco
3 tbspSesame oil
8 ozSoba noodles, cooked
Procedures:
1In a food processor, mince garlic and ginger root by dropping into shoot while machine is running.
2Add sesame seeds and cilantro and pulse until finely chopped.
3Add soy, mirin, juice and tabasco.
4Turn on processor.
5While machine is running, slowly add sesame oil in a steady stream until oil is incorporated and pesto is smooth and creamy.
6Toss with hot noodles.
