Sesame chicken teriyaki

Ingredients:
2 tbspTeriyaki Sauce
1 tbspWater
2 xCloves Garlic, minced
1/4 tspGround ginger
6 ozChicken Breast halves *
1/4 tspSesame Seeds, toaster
Procedures:
1* boned, skinless chicken breast halves, cut into ? wide strips for marinade, in a small mixing bowl combine teriyaki sauce, water, garlic, and ginger.
2Stir in chicken.
3Let stand 20 minutes at room temperature, stirring occasionally.
4Drain.
5Thread chicken, accordion-style, on two 10-12" skewers or four 6" skewers.
6Place on the unheated rack of a broiler pan.
7Broil 4-5" from heat for 3 minutes.
8Turn chicken and broil 2-3 minutes more or till chicken is tender and no longer pink.
9Sprinkle with toasted sesame seeds.
10Microwave directions: prepare as above, except thread marinated chicken on four 6" bamboo skewers and place in 8x8x2" baking dish.
11Micro cook, covered with waxed paper, on 100% power (high) for 3 ?-5 minutes or till chicken is no longer pink.
12Give dish a half-turn every 2 minutes.
