Beef stroganoff

Ingredients:
2 lbsBeef round steak, cubed
3 tbspKetchup
2 tbspFlour
1 tspPaprika
Salt/pepper
3 tbspSoy sauce
1 Onion, large/sliced
1 pintSour cream
1 canMushrooms, drained
Procedures:
1Cook onion in butter until transparent.
2Remove from pan.
3Brown meat in same pan.
4Return onions to pan.
5Stir in 2 tablespoons flour.
6Add mushhrooms, ketchup, paprika and sour cream.
7Salt and pepper to taste.
8Stir.
9Turn on low and cook until meat is tender.
10Serve over cooked rice or noodles.
11If beef mixture seems too thick, add a little milk to preferred consistency
