Ingredients:

| lbs | Beef round steak, cubed | | 3
| tbsp | Ketchup | | 2
| tbsp | Flour | | 1
| tsp | Paprika | | | Salt/pepper | | 3
| tbsp | Soy sauce | | 1
| | Onion, large/sliced | | 1
| pint | Sour cream | | 1
| can | Mushrooms, drained |

Procedures:
| 1 | Cook onion in butter until transparent. | | 2 | Remove from pan. | | 3 | Brown meat in same pan. | | 4 | Return onions to pan. | | 5 | Stir in 2 tablespoons flour. | | 6 | Add mushhrooms, ketchup, paprika and sour cream. | | 7 | Salt and pepper to taste. | | 8 | Stir. | | 9 | Turn on low and cook until meat is tender. | | 10 | Serve over cooked rice or noodles. | | 11 | If beef mixture seems too thick, add a little milk to preferred consistency |
