Beef stuffed squash

Ingredients:
3 Acorn squash
1/2 cupFresh bread crumbs
2 tbspOnion, minced
1/2 cupTomato sauce
1 tspWorcestershire sauce
8 ozCorn
1 lbsGround beef
1 tbspFresh parsley, minced
1/4 cupCelery, finely chopped
1/4 cupWater
1 tbspPrepared mustard
Procedures:
1Wash the squash and cut in half lengthwise.
2Remove seeds and pith.
3Place squash, cut side down, on an oiled baking pan.
4Bake in a preheated 350f oven for 30 minutes, or until almost tender.
5Meanwhile brown the beef in a large skillet.
6Drain off excess fat.
7Stir in bread crumbs, parsley, onion, celery, tomato sauce, water, worcestershire sauce, mustard, and corn.
8Toss lightly to combine.
9Fill the squash halves with the mixture.
10Place in a shallow pan, return to oven and bake 25 - 30 minutes longer or until heated through.
11Serve with hot biscuits
